Misty is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master’s degree with honors from Chamberlain University. She brings valuable experience in long-term care, long-term acute care, and critical care.

Misty is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to her patients. Misty takes an evidence-based, holistic approach and has expertise in family practice, women’s health (including Nexplanon placement), weight loss support, and veteran’s care, including Nexus letters.

Education

Misty graduated with a master’s degree from Chamberlain University with honors. Prior to practicing as a Nurse Practitioner, she graduated from with an associate’s degree from Western Iowa Tech with honors and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Iowa with honors. Before entering healthcare, she graduated from Buena Vista University with a bachelor’s degree in science and a minor in chemistry.
