He is from Bancroft, IA.
Outside of work he likes golfing, boating, watching and coaching his kids sporting events, and just spending time with family! His favorite vacation is his family fishing trips to Canada. Blake believes there is great strength in knowing when to ask for help and encourages patients to seek assistance when they need it. He enjoys providing support and guidance, helping patients balance their mental and behavioral health through all stages of life!
